Outside the Ropes with Steve Sieracki, PGA Steve Sieracki the PGA Director of Instruction at Indian Spring Golf Club in Marlton, New Jersey was recognized as the Youth Player Development Award winners in the Philadelphia Section for 2016. The Youth Player Development Award recognizes the PGA Professional who is a leader in junior golf and who reflects the ideals of those who work with youth. Sieracki's accomplishment is made even more astonishing given the fact that he has only been a PGA member for a little over two years. However, in that short time, Sieracki has quickly shown that he is passionate about what he is doing and is always implementing programs for the future of junior golfers. Sieracki has created his own collaboration of various teaching methods on his website called Steve Sieracki Golf which is taught by the best instructors in the Northeast. Sieracki has taught for the past 5 years; and during that time his students have won Philly PGA Junior, IJGT and GAP events along with national recognition. At Indian Spring GC, Sieracki teaches top ranked amateurs as well as professional golfers, however, working with young golfers is the most rewarding for him. Operation 36, which is the program that Sieracki uses at his facility, has shown a tremendous amount of success for the students that have completed it. With an impressive 65% of his students going to play golf in college he always makes sure that his students are prepared for the next step in their golf careers. When Sieracki and his colleagues hear about the success of their students it provides the most satisfaction because they know that with the correct effort they can make a champion.
